About TUV
It could be issued by 3 different TUV institutions: TUV NORD, TUV SUD, TUV SGS. TUV NORD is the strictest one. In our industry, TUV certificate is not the biggest point professional people pay attention to, but the EN 1090 (welding tech and truss production rules), the core of TUV certificate. TUV certificate without EN 1090 is valueless.
TUV is like a school, EN 1090 is the diploma.

What’s the ISO 9001?
It’s a quality management system, a very basic certificate to prove companies or factories operate in regulation. If a factory does not have ISO 9001, it would be very small; also it’s of great possibility that their products are lower than using standard and of big instability of quality.
For us, this shows almost every step of company and factory operation has scientific foundation and traceability.
What’s EN 1090 -1/-3?
It’s the highest implementation standard for aluminum truss production in EU, in terms of design,supply chain, welding and so on. Only get ISO 9001 certificate can you get EN 1090 certified.
To be in accordance with EN 1090, the EU welding standard ISO 3834 should be passed. This proves that we have enough welding capacity. With correct welding technology and complete aluminum truss production standard, we could provide a real qualified truss.
